Employees of DG Transform should accept and comply with the codes of conduct below:

  • Compliance: Comply with the laws and regulations of the UK, EU, and the countries where we do business, and align with The Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) Guidelines when that legislation appears inadequate.
  • Financial integrity and accounting: Maintain accurate and reliable financial and business records, and never engage in any actions that could result in conveying false or inaccurate financial information. Ensure that all submissions (for example, orders, sales reporting, special bid requests, resellers involved, rebates, and reimbursement requests) are complete and accurate.
  • Avoid Conflicts of Interest. We don’t allow our personal interests to influence our actions on behalf of the Company.
  • Anti-trust and Competition: Comply with all applicable antitrust and competition laws and regulations. Compete fairly and ethically for all business opportunities.
  • Anti-corruption: DG Transform opposes and inhibits any forms of corruption. Employees of DG Transform must never offer, promise or give undue financial or other advantage to public officials or the employees of business partners in order to obtain business or retain other improper advantages.
  • Internal Communication: Employees are encouraged to communicate his/her ideas and concerns directly to management or other company contact.
  • Respect and dignity: Provide employees with a work environment free of coercion, discrimination, and harassment.
  • Assets Protection: Protect company assets, including, physical or nonphysical assets, for example, equipment, technology, intellectual property, non-public Information, etc.
  • Violation Reporting: Any unlawful or unethical situation involving or related to DG Transform should be immediately reported.
  • Supplier Compliance: Actively encourage suppliers and subcontractors to apply conduct compatible with the OECD Guidelines.
  • Political Activities: Abstain from any improper involvement in local political activities.
  • Due Diligence Check: Carry out risk-based due diligence periodically.
  • Exemptions Treatment: Refrain from seeking or accepting exemptions regarding human rights, environment, health, safety, labor and taxation.

Any violation of this Code of Business Conduct and Ethics will constitute the basis for the immediate termination of your business relationship(s) with DG Transform, including all related contracts. DG Transform will also have the right to immediately terminate business relationship(s) with DG Transform, including all related contracts, if concerns from an ethics, integrity or legal perspective arise from the revalidation process.


DG Transform strives to:

  • Be an environmentally responsible neighbor in the communities where we operate, and act promptly and responsibly to correct incidents or conditions that endanger health, safety, or the environment. Report them to authorities promptly and inform affected parties as appropriate.
  • Conserve natural resources by reusing and recycling materials, purchasing recycled materials, and using recyclable packaging and other materials.
  • Develop, manufacture, and market products that are safe for their intended use, efficient in their use of energy, protective of the environment, and that can be reused, recycled or disposed of safely.
  • Use development and manufacturing processes that do not adversely affect the environment, including developing and improving operations and technologies to minimize waste, prevent air, water, and other pollution, minimize health and safety risks, and dispose of waste safely and responsibly.
  • Ensure the responsible use of energy throughout our business, including conserving energy, improving energy efficiency, and giving preference to renewable over non-renewable energy sources when feasible.
  • Participate in efforts to improve environmental protection and understanding around the world and share appropriate pollution prevention technology, knowledge and methods.
  • Utilize DG Transform investment, products, services and expertise around the world to assist in the development of solutions to environmental problems.
  • Meet or exceed all applicable government requirements and voluntary requirements to which DG Transform subscribes. Set and adhere to stringent requirements of our own no matter where in the world the company does business.
  • Strive to continually improve DG Transform Environmental management system and performance, and periodically issue progress reports to the general public.

  • Pursue the economic growth with both the local business and government, so that people can all enjoy the development of the society.
  • By complying with the law of taxation, finance the local government to be more capable in improving the infrastructure, education, society welfare, etc.
